Chief Executive Officer
With over 25 years of leadership experience in FTSE 250 and private equity-backed businesses, Paul brings a wealth of strategic and operational expertise to his role as CEO of Sharps Furniture Group. He is responsible for defining the company’s vision and driving sustainable growth, working closely with the leadership team to ensure that customer satisfaction remains at the core of every decision.
Under Paul’s guidance, Sharps continues to evolve as a trusted market leader in bespoke fitted furniture, delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service. His leadership is characterised by a strong commitment to operational excellence, team development, and long-term value creation.

Chief Financial Officer
Mike Galliford is the Chief Financial Officer at Sharps Furniture Group, bringing over 30 years of financial leadership across manufacturing, automotive, and consumer sectors. Since joining Sharps in 2019, he has been instrumental in strengthening financial governance and supporting the company's strategic growth.
Prior to Sharps, Mike held senior finance roles at Jaguar Land Rover, Wolseley, and Finning (UK), where he led business transformation and operational excellence initiatives.

Chief Operating Office
Peter Welsh is the Chief Operating Officer of Sharps Furniture Group with almost two decades of experience.
He provides a group focus on customer service alongside providing operational excellence throughout the organisation to support the attainment of the company's strategic goals.
He previously held roles at First Leisure Corporation PLC and worked in restructuring with KPMG. Outside of work, Peter enjoys rugby and outdoor pursuits.

Chief Marketing Officer
Ben Hitchcock joined Sharps Furniture Group in October 2024, bringing a wealth of experience from his previous roles as Chief Marketing Officer at several private equity-backed consumer businesses, including Myzone, Absolute Collagen, and Riviera Travel.
In these positions, he led initiatives in brand transformation, digital innovation, and customer acquisition. Ben is passionate about building high-performing teams and developing customer-centric marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.

HR Director
As HR Director at Sharps Bedrooms, Yvonne Bennett leads the development and implementation of HR strategies that support business growth and foster a positive workplace culture. Her role involves partnering with senior leaders to provide strategic guidance on people management, talent development, and organisational design.
She focuses on delivering practical, solutions-driven HR advice, ensuring both business objectives and employee well-being are met. With over 20 years of experience across various sectors, Yvonne is dedicated to driving performance while creating a supportive and engaged environment for the team.

Sales Director
Ken Hutcheson serves as the Sales Director at Sharps Furniture Group, bringing extensive experience in sales leadership within the fitted furniture industry.
Ken has been instrumental in driving sales performance across the organisation.
His strategic approach and commitment to excellence have significantly contributed to Sharps' growth and success.

Merger, Acquisition & Strategic Director
Tim Moore is the Merger, Acquisition & Strategic Director at Sharps Furniture Group, with a strong background in business development, strategic growth, and commercial transformation.
He plays a key role in identifying and delivering opportunities that support the long-term success of the group. Tim’s insight and leadership continue to shape Sharps’ future direction and expansion across the market.
